In many cases on a bleak or clean slate landscape it is difficult for a client to envision the potential of a landscape renovation, which is where 3D renderings come into play. They allow clients to get brought right into their exterior space without it being installed, allowing us to fit the project specifically to the clients style.
Our Process:

Whilst all projects are different, most begin with an in-person consultation allowing you to work 1:1 with a team member throughout the process to discuss your ideas, style and needs along with dimensions, use of space, timeline, & budget.

During the in-person consultation we will discuss your design in depth. We carry a large selection of brochures, pictures and product samples for you to look at and compare. At this point any rough sketches and pictures you may have can also help a great deal.

We will then put together a design in both 2D & 3D versions. A traditional 2D birds eye view plan is generated along with 3D images of what your home and landscape project will look like once completed. In this we will be able to provide industry and geographical suggestions on colors, textures, & materials to showcase your outdoor space.

After discussion with the client changes are then made to correct the 3D designs to best fit the clients needs, and an itemized estimate is generated for implementation.
