Cole started working outdoors at the age of 16 and has been doing it ever since. Growing up Cole was always surrounded by landscaping and people who had a passion for landscaping. This inspired him to create beautiful outdoor spaces and make a career out of it. Cole’s passion for landscaping stems from the one thing he loves – being outdoors.
Kaleb Ulland

Kaleb grew up in Superior, WI. He graduated from St. Scholastica with a bachelors degree in Sustainability. Kaleb enjoys hunting, fishing and everything that encompasses the wilderness. Kaleb has 2 dogs, a Chocolate Lab named Ruger and a German Shepard named Lux. He draws inspiration from his dad who has always pushed him to succeed in everything he does.
Dan Devans
Project Foreman
Dan was born and raised in Mankato, MN. Dan spends most of his free time chasing walleye and spending time on his boat. Dan loved playing in the dirt as a child and loved it so much he has spent the last 18 years making a career out of it. He finds inspiration from his previous bosses who have taught him valuable life lessons which encompass working hard for something you love doing and making a career out of it.
